Care Advantage has an immediate need for compassionate caregivers to assist the elderly in their daily living. In this position, you will assist patients with ambulation, personal hygiene, light exercises, medication reminder, light housekeeping, meal preparations, and generally be a loving companion to them.
In addition to keeping their daily routines, you may also be in charge of taking their vital stats such as taking blood pressures, sugar level, maintaining their diet and constantly stimulate their awareness. Some patient will also require incontinence care, colostomy care and/or post-surgical care.
This position requires the following:
Valid 1st Aid and CPR (BLS) or equivalent
CNA/HHA certificate if CNA or HHA
Current Health Certificates
Reference from previous employment
LVN / RN / Nurse Practitioners
